Sofia is a creative local with a lifelong passion for community, wellness, and good food. Born and raised in Cleveland, she has always believed that food has a way of bringing people together, and she has built her career around creating spaces where that happens every day.

She started in her food journey, by opening Roasted Tremont in 2022, and then opening Roasted Lakewood in 2023. While running Roasted, she developed the concept of Toasted, wanting to offer a full breakfast menu, but the right moment had not come along until the chance of a space two doors down from her coffee shop had become available!

With heart, vision, and her natural warmth, Sofia transformed the space into Toasted: a cozy and welcoming café where wholesome ingredients, bright decor, and community spirit come together. Toasted is an extension of who she is: thoughtful, inviting, and always guided by a love for creating well-intentioned menus.
